Mr. Medford brings 35 years of Executive Leadership to Aaron Industries. Since 1997 he has
 
served as the company's CEO. In addition to his role at Aaron, Mr. Medford serves in key roles 

on CHPA (Consumer Healthcare Products Association), Piedmont Technical College 

Foundation, Presbyterian College Board, Self Regional Healthcare Board, Greenwood 

Partnership Alliance Board and Teen Challenge Northern California Board.

Mr. Meek was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Aaron 

Industries, Inc. in February 2009.  Prior to joining Aaron he was SVP, Finance and Business 

Development and CFO at Asten Johnson Holdings, Ltd. from 2001.  Previously he was EVP 

and CFO of WestPoint Stevens Inc. and the Managing Director for the Textile, Apparel and 

Home Fashions and Floorcovering Group of the Corporate and Investment Banking Division 

of SunTrust Bank.  Mr. Meek began his career at the R. B. Pamplin Corporation where he 

served as a Director and CFO from 1976 to 1997.  He received his undergraduate degree in 

Accounting from Clemson University. 

Mr. Ball currently serves as Executive Vice President - Corporate Services at Aaron Industries.  

He has held leadership positions in Supply Chain, Operations and Quality Departments at 

his former employers: Bushnell Optical Products, Global Ground Support, 

AlliedSignal/Honeywell, and Xerox Corporation.  Mr. Ball also served in the 101st Airborne 

Division of the U.S. Army. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the 

University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his undergraduate degree from 

Wake Forest University.

As the Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Johnson has responsibilities for manufacturing     

operations for Aaron Industries. He has extensive background in manufacturing operations 

and management. Mr. Johnson studied Business Management at North Greenville University 

and served as Staff Sergeant in the military. He currently also serves as Chairman for the 

Laurens County Chamber of Commerce.

As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Baron oversees Aaron Industries 

growing sales operations and also collaborates with the Aaron Marketing team on new 

product development projects and various sales support initiatives. His duties encompass 

direct call responsibility on a number of key national accounts serviced by Aaron.  His 

career experience has allowed sales and marketing exposure to dry grocery, frozen food, 

and general merchandise segments, in addition to his current over-the-counter 

pharmaceutical sales responsibilities with Aaron.  Mr. Baron is a seasoned sales executive 

with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.  He is also a member of the Private 

Label Manufacturer’s Association.
